What happens to the details you send us

This notice covers the Cerava website, run by Pneuma Labs. It explains what we collect when you ask for a demo or a quote, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and, if you give them, your organisation, the kind and size of property you manage, a budget, the problems you ticked and a short note. We also note which site sent you to us, if your browser tells us.

Why

Only to reply to your request: to agree a time for a demo, talk through a quote and follow up on that conversation. We send product news only if you ticked the box asking for it, and every message lets you stop it.

Who sees it

The Pneuma Labs team. We use an email provider to send our messages and WhatsApp to reach you if you prefer it. We do not sell or rent your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are talking about working together, and then no longer than we need to for our records.

Your rights

Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can object to marketing at any time. Reply to any message from us, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will act on it.

Security

The website runs over HTTPS. Requests are stored in our own database, which only our team can reach.
